We're seeking an experienced Sales Strategy Leader to drive growth across the mid-market sector in APAC. This role will lead high-performing sales and business development teams, focusing on new business generation, account expansion, and optimizing market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to capture mid-market growth in APAC.
  • Lead high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Drive new business generation and account expansion through data-driven decision making.
  • Optimize market approach to maximize growth opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a SAAS environment.
  • Strong understanding of mid-market dynamics and APAC region.
  • Excellent strategic vision and data-driven leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage high-performing teams.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
