As a seasoned SaaS sales professional, you will lead our growth strategy across New Business, Account Management, and Customer Success in Australia. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Saas business and a passion for customer success.

We operate across Europe, North America, and APAC, with an expanding SaaS product portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Australia and be part of one of the world's leading FinTech solution providers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day sales, account management, and customer success teams in Australia.
  • Partner across teams to achieve and over-deliver on Net New MRR targets, retention, upsell opportunities, and successful adoption of Dext products.
  • Take global processes, support local process creation, and adapt and deliver world-class sales, account management, and customer success experiences.
  • Support sales operating performance across Australia.
  • Own account management operating performance across Australia, including retention and expansion.
  • Ensure customers gain maximum return from their investment, resulting in high satisfaction levels and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with corporate headquarters development, operations, and product management teams to convey evolving customer requirements, handle technical requests, and act as a manager for teams that champion and guide customers in technology deployment.
Requirements:
  • A seasoned SaaS sales professional with 10+ years' experience, including 4+ years in team management.
  • A proactive and results-oriented leader who consistently meets or exceeds targets.
  • Strong skills in coaching and developing talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and skilled at refining strategies based on sales metrics.
  • Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • The ability to plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects while staying organised and delivering against expectations.
  • Excellent business writing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience forecasting revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated experience working towards targets/quotas.
  • Experience within high-growth or change environments.
  • Experience in SaaS-based businesses and implementing multi-product platforms.
  • Active listening skills and high emotional intelligence.
  • Expert-level consultative sales skills.
