Strategic Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth at Contour Education.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand Contour Education's customer base.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement sales procedures, ensuring they are aligned with Contour Education's business objectives.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to help team members improve their sales skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and improve business performance.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop strategies to improve business performance.
