This is a sales-focused role requiring a clear understanding of the automotive aftermarket and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales budgets and exceeding targets through strategic account management
- Developing and executing annual marketing activities for assigned customers to drive sales growth
- Collaborating with internal teams, including warehousing and product teams, to ensure continuity of product and service
- Acting as a liaison between product, inventory, marketing teams, and key customers to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues
- Maintaining ongoing awareness of the business's product range, price files, and catalog programs to ensure competitive pricing and relevant product offerings
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a sales or account management role
- Strong sales and promotional skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- A solid understanding of business profit and loss, as well as the drivers of EBIT
- A strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket, including market trends and competitor analysis
This role offers a salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for career growth and development.
