About Major Account Manager Role

As a Major Account Manager, you will drive sales of our cybersecurity solutions into Enterprise Accounts by engaging customers directly and leveraging partnerships with resellers and Global System Integrators.

This key role requires an individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to senior-level decision makers and negotiate complex deals.

  • Sell our range of cybersecurity products and services to enterprise customers
  • Respond to government and enterprise tenders
  • Work closely with pre-sales and system engineering teams to deliver impactful presentations and overcome objections
  • Identify and target selected organisations of existing and new prospects
  • Prospect directly to target government and enterprise customer accounts and proactively engage opportunities
  • Coordinate implementation procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years proven experience in government and enterprise account management, with a strong track record of selling into large accounts. They should be able to engage at the C-level in business benefits discussions and have recent experience achieving sales quotas in their target market.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  2. Account Management: Manage relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive revenue growth
  3. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service goals
