Rehabilitation Specialist Role

We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team as Rehabilitation Specialists. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others.

Job Description:
  • Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness.
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various customer portfolios.
  • Deliver counseling to individuals grappling with a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
  • Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using clinical skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in occupational rehabilitation, minimum 12 months of experience in a psychology-related role, current police clearance, and working with children check.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Provisional Psychologist (with AHPRA membership and external supervision in place).
  • Rehabilitation Counsellor (with Full or Associate ASORC membership).
