Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in Western Australia, supporting individuals who have sustained psychological or physical injuries in the workplace. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with our team to assess client needs and provide effective solutions for clients' safe return to work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their recovery process
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, chiropractic, psychology, or rehabilitation counselling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
  • Punctuality and effective time management skills
  • Ability to travel (driver's license essential)
