Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in this field, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by helping them achieve their goals and return to work.
- Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness.
- Help clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests.
- Perform various assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments.
- Be responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return to work goal.
- Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

- Utilising specialist knowledge and skills to assist people to return to meaningful engagement in occupations.

Requirements
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP).
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application.
