About the Role

A permanent opportunity is available for an Infrastructure Support Specialist to work for a leading Financial Services company. The role will be responsible for providing L1-L3 support both face-to-face and remotely, requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windows, 0365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, Powershell, and AV related technologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex technical problems
  • Work closely with the IT team to ensure seamless system integration and maintenance
  • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during non-business hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Support role
  • Windows Server Administration expertise
  • O365 experience
  • Powershell Scripting skills (highly desirable)
  • Experience supporting AV related technologies
  • Basic Networking knowledge
  • ITIL Certification
  • SCCM/Intune experience
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment
  • Ability to work on shift and on call
