Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level support and customer service to our Sydney office, working closely with local and international colleagues to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.

You will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, from desktops and networks to specialist engineering tools. Your ability to work with colleagues to implement, maintain, and support all aspects of our IT infrastructure will be essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for office technologies, including desktops, MS Windows, phones, and other devices.
  • Collaborate with teams to manage scalable and highly performant systems to support trading in the region and globally.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and MS Office Suites.
  • Identify and drive resolutions for technical issues involving multiple teams.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects and solutions.
