Job Title: IT Infrastructure Support Specialist

About the Role:

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our Sydney office. In this role, you will provide high-level support and customer service to our team, working closely with colleagues locally and internationally to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, networks, and other office technologies
  • Collaborate with specialist engineers to implement, maintain, and support IT infrastructure
  • Work with teams across the organization to manage scalable and highly performant systems
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, using logical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT infrastructure support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting office technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Great troubleshooting ability and logical thinking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and MS Office Suites
  • Basic understanding of network concepts (routing, VLANs, firewalls, etc.)
