Job Overview

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide high-level support and customer service to our Sydney office. This role involves working with colleagues locally and internationally to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.

The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, including desktops and networks. They will work with specialist engineers to assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with teams to manage scalable and highly performant systems
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of new technologies
  • Identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting office technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Great troubleshooting ability and logical thinking
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and MS Office Suites
  • Basic understanding of network concepts
