About the Role

Susquehanna International Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide high-level support and customer service to our Sydney office, working closely with local and international colleagues to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.

In this role, you will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, from desktops and networks to specialist engineering tools. You will need to be able to work with engineers to assist in implementation, maintenance, and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for office technologies, including desktops, MS Windows, phones, and other equipment
  • Collaborate with teams to manage scalable and highly performant systems to support trading in the region and globally
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SCCM, and MS Office Suites
  • Identify and drive resolutions for technical issues, working with multiple teams as needed
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects and solutions
