Job Overview

Susquehanna International Group (SIG) is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide high-level support and customer service to our Sydney office. In this role, you will work with colleagues locally and internationally to deliver projects and solutions within the APAC region.

As an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will be exposed to a wide range of technologies, including desktops and networks. You will collaborate with specialist engineers to assist in the implementation, maintenance, and support of all aspects of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for office technologies, including desktops, MS Windows, and phones
  • Identify and resolve issues involving multiple teams, demonstrating self-motivation and logical thinking
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the IT team
