We are currently seeking an experienced Secondary International Program Manager (Academic/Planning) who can contribute to the development and evaluation of our educational programs. This role will involve collaborating with other leaders on the leadership team to effectively manage the school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with other leaders to plan and execute curriculum and instruction that fosters student growth and creativity through aligned, culturally relevant materials and pedagogy.
  • Team Management: Promote and develop strong teams that collaborate towards daily teaching and management.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform a variety of administrative duties to manage the school.
  • Performance Evaluation: Supervise and evaluate the performance of designated certificated and/or classified personnel; assign duties to faculty and staff as appropriate to meet school objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the School Leadership Team to continuously improve personal practice, classroom instruction, and assessment.
  • Teacher Support: Observe teachers weekly to gather data on learning and teacher proficiency to diagnose teachers' strengths and weaknesses and determine strategies for improving their practice and learning.
  • Communication: Listen to and respond appropriately to students, parents, staff, and teachers.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or related qualifications.
  • Experience: Experience in training for teachers (preferably over two years) and ensuring high-quality teaching services.
  • Management Experience: Strong management experience in schools or educational institutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good background and knowledge of working with staff and teachers.
  • Time Management: Self-paced and timeline-oriented regarding targets.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with good feedback and reporting skills to superiors.
  • Autonomy: Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision.
  • Responsiveness: Able to work on schedules, well-planned with time management and responsive reporting.
