Pyramid Global Technologies is in search of a Program Director to oversee comprehensive program execution for a prominent telecommunications organization. This role involves spearheading the deployment of cutting-edge Digital and 5G technologies across various regions.
The Program Director will be responsible for:
- Leading end-to-end program delivery and managing a team of project specialists.
- Possessing extensive experience (5 to 10 years) in program management within telecommunications network initiatives.
- Engaging with clients and providing weekly updates on project progress while collaboratively addressing risks and opportunities.
- Driving desired outcomes and managing the delivery timeline, including baseline, forecasts, and actual completion dates.
- Overseeing the entire delivery process, governance, and stakeholder relationships while managing budgets and tracking costs against progress.
- Communicating project status, addressing issues, and maintaining strong business partner relationships to foster a positive work environment.
- Managing operational and commercial project risks and opportunities.
- Implementing quality delivery targets with a focus on first-time-right execution and continuously improving processes for quicker results.
