About the Role

A permanent opportunity is available for an Infrastructure Support Analyst to work for a Financial Services company in Sydney. The role will be responsible for providing L1-L3 support both face-to-face and remotely, requiring excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Windows, 0365, Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, Powershell, and AV related technologies
  • Provide technical assistance to employees and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation
  • Participate in on-call rotations and shift work
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Infrastructure Support role
  • Windows Server Administration
  • O365
  • Powershell Scripting (highly desirable)
  • Experience supporting AV related technologies
  • Basic Networking
  • ITIL Certified
  • SCCM/Intune
  • Experience working in a large corporate environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Teamwork Skills
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
