About the Role

Bradken is a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in delivering profitability and growth by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow market share in your region
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and justify sales budgets to upper management
  • Use systems such as Salesforce to input customer activities, pipeline opportunities, and market intelligence
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a Trade background
  • Demonstrated years of experience in Mining and associated markets
  • High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Crushers is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with mineral processing plants and mining operations is preferred
  • Willingness to travel
