About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at InfraBuild. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the regional NSW market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers and distributor networks
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the regional market
  • Provide market and competitor insights to inform business decisions
  • Manage regional operating expenses and ensure effective use of resources
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales success in a regional or rural market
  • Strong understanding of the rural sector and its unique challenges and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
