We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Hunter, New South Wales.

The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop, manage, and oversee all aspects of the sales process, aiming to achieve and exceed budget, profitability, and long-term business objectives.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

  • Leading, managing, and coaching the sales team towards the achievement of team and corporate goals within a service-focused environment.
  • Establishing quotas and goals, ensuring that sales projections are met through monthly monitoring of individual targets and completion of monthly sales reports.
  • Building relationships with regional land agents and developers, handling all sales-related queries, escalations, and concerns from clients.
  • Conducting regular site safety checks, inspections, and monitoring, implementing safe work practices.
  • Conducting market research, competitor, and client surveys, building relationships with regional land agents and developers.
  • Overseeing CRM functionality and utilization by the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-7 years' experience in a sales management role in a related market (e.g., new home sales, land sales, development real estate).
  • Excellent knowledge of the new homes' sales customer journey and demonstrated success in sales development.
  • A strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, knowledge of Residential Housing Industry and Sales.
