Regional Sales Manager

At Bradken, we're equipping the resource sector to sustainably advance society. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be part of a global leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of wear products and services for mining equipment.

About the Role

You'll report directly to the Area Manager – Eastern Processing and play a key role in delivering profitability and growth by developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers. Your focus will be on expanding Bradken's Processing Product Groups and identifying strategies for growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to grow market share in your region
  • Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and justify sales budgets to upper management
  • Use systems such as Salesforce to input customer activities, pipeline opportunities, and market intelligence
Requirements
  • Formal qualifications in Engineering, Mining, Business, or a Trade background
  • Demonstrated years of experience in Mining and associated markets
  • High level of understanding of Grinding Mills and Crushers is highly regarded
  • Familiarity with mineral processing plants and mining operations is preferred
  • Willingness to travel
