Organisational Capability Partner
">The role involves coaching and advising leaders to enhance their leadership capabilities in workforce matters. Strategic workforce planning initiatives, employee relations, complex workforce issues, performance management, and team engagement are key areas of focus.
This is a generalist HR position that requires a deep understanding of people-related activities across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-site locations, business partnering, stakeholder engagement, capability-building, change initiatives, and strategic workforce planning.
About the Role
We are seeking an Organisational Capability Partner to build strong relationships with our leaders and support them in managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and implementing organisational changes. The successful candidate will be able to empower leaders to engage with effective performance management, create high-performing teams, and drive business outcomes.
What's On Offer
As a flexible workplace, we offer hybrid working arrangements and face-to-face interaction with Portfolio Leaders. You will need to visit other sites to build relationships with your team and stakeholders. We also provide online and remote tools to facilitate service delivery across Victoria and Tasmania.
Benefits include a salary range of $90k-$100k, superannuation, 17.5% leave loading, and access to the full $15,900 salary packaging benefits. Additional purchased leave options are available for increased annual leave entitlements.
About You
The ideal candidate will be self-reliant, think outside the square, enjoy working autonomously, and thrive in complex environments. They will have a curious mindset, ask questions, and seek deeper understanding. A background in human resource management or related field is essential, as is demonstrated experience in HR generalist roles, business partnering, stakeholder engagement, and change initiatives.
