About the Role
As a Workforce Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving integrated workforce planning across all divisions, ensuring alignment between headcount, financial resources, and organisational strategy. You'll be responsible for leading the development of a 12-month resource forecast, taking into account attrition, capability growth, and project demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate strategic workforce plans to support business objectives.
- Prepare and administer planning tools to support the development of a 12-month (rolling) resource plan.
- Aggregate cross-functional data sources to drive informed planning decisions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance workforce planning methodologies through predictive analytics and automation.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Tertiary level qualifications in Information Technology, Finance, Commerce, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in workforce planning, financial analysis, or resource management within a large-scale or complex organisational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualisation tools, and strong capability in data analysis and forecasting methodologies.
