Client Relationship Manager
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high-end residential and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify and sell enhancements that elevate client properties and get seamlessly transferred to production for execution.
- Prospect and onboard new clients, expanding our presence among high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.
- Maintain quality standards and uphold our reputation for excellence.
- Proven experience in account management, landscaping, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in client relationship management with a focus on retention, upselling, and service excellence.
- Ability to communicate professionally with high-net-worth clients who value craftsmanship, trust, and luxury service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for creating memorable client experiences.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a strong plus.
