We're seeking a skilled professional to work closely with architects, designers, business owners and contractors to bring high-quality flooring solutions to life.

This role involves building relationships across multiple industries and creating durable, functional and inspiring spaces that support the way people learn, work, heal and connect within a space.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a team environment.

  • Work with architects, designers, contractors and end users to select products that fit their design criteria, budget and time frame.
  • Travel throughout assigned areas to call on existing customers and prospect new ones to solicit business.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, including identifying opportunities, product selection, specification, order placement, delivery coordination, installation oversight and communication of maintenance programs.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Follow up on leads from various sources and build relationships with existing and new customers through entertainment and networking.
