The position of Business Development Executive is an entry-level opportunity to learn and grow in the field of experiential marketing. As a member of our team, you will be working collaboratively with experienced professionals to create memorable brand experiences for clients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Support the team in researching new business opportunities, creating proposals based on client direction, and developing budgets for events.
- Brainstorm and present innovative ideas to key stakeholders within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in experiential marketing, ensuring we propose cutting-edge concepts to clients.
- Identify and vet external vendors as needed to support event execution.
- Develop client-facing materials, including presentations, point-of-view documents, budgets, timelines, event recaps, and approval documents.
- Participate in strategy calls, planning sessions, and status updates to ensure seamless project execution.
- Assist with logistics such as transportation, inventory management, and activation flow.
- Occasionally travel for on-site event execution, with all related expenses covered.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop marketing assets for events, ensuring timely delivery.
- Experience in experiential marketing or live events is preferred, but a strong interest in creating memorable brand experiences is essential.
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and proactive individuals with a positive attitude and solutions-driven mindset are ideal for this role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary to manage teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and problem-solve in real-time while on the road.
- Organized and strategic thinkers with strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to communicate insights clearly are highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is required, with the ability to create clear documents, reports, and presentations.
