Senior Business Development Manager

We're seeking a Strategic Partnerships Director to spearhead ecosystem development and business partnerships for a pivotal strategic initiative. This role is ideal for a seasoned crypto-native leader with strong product instincts, a bias toward action, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while executing independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and lead strategic partnerships across DeFi and core on-chain use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Product—contributiong to roadmap discussions, use case design, and product requirement documents.
- Navigate high-stakes conversations with protocol leaders, founders, and C-level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem roles, with 3+ years in a crypto-native environment. They will also possess a proven track record of structuring and executing high-impact deals in DeFi or related verticals.
