Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Valuator/Appraiser, located in the Charlotte Metro area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Valuator/Appraiser will be responsible for conducting business valuations, equipment appraisals, and property tax compliance audits. This role also includes preparing detailed reports, performing financial analysis, collaborating with clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Business Valuations, Equipment Appraisals, and Financial Analysis
  • Skills in Report Preparation, Data Management, and Record-Keeping
  • Knowledge of Government Regulations and Compliance Audits
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraiser (CMEA), or Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
