We're seeking an experienced professional to empower customers to deliver world-class solutions using the best of Microsoft cloud technologies. As a key customer relationship role in our team, you will be responsible for managing customers' successful support experience and assisting them in adopting and using Microsoft cloud services.

The Purpose of the Role

Your priority is driving quality delivery of proactive services within the support contract while partnering with other teams to understand customer health trends and supporting strategic escalations.

This role will involve working closely with customers in the Utilities sector and driving customer cloud adoption and success through Unified Support agreement delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer cloud adoption and customer success through Unified Support agreement delivery.
  • Work with customers to create and deliver programs of proactive support services to enhance their experience on the Microsoft platform and assist their journey to the Cloud.
  • Partner with the core account team to contribute to strategic account planning and bring technical, industry, and customer-specific insights to create customer value by accelerating cloud usage.
  • Create customer value by accelerating cloud consumption/usage, supportability, and improving the customer experience with technical intensity and actioning customer feedback.
  • Orchestrate collaboration across the Microsoft business to drive better customer outcomes and deliver on the One Microsoft advantage.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual who has strong relationship management skills, the ability to understand and identify high-level strategic business requirements, and can accelerate time to value by managing resources, influencing direction, and escalating technical blockers.

A Growth Mindset approach to learning and stretching yourself outside your comfort zone is essential, as well as an interest in expanding your technical and project delivery knowledge.

Innovation is a core focus area at Microsoft, and this role utilises relationship, technical, and customer knowledge to develop innovative solutions for our customers.
