Job Role
  • Manage incoming leads in a timely manner across a wider geographical area.
  • Conduct discussions with prospects and existing customers over the phone to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Understand customer pain points, gather technical requirements, and correlate business value to customer needs.
  • Generate interest and provide vision of AWS portfolio solutions to potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on existing and developing technologies related to cloud computing.
  • Meet monthly qualification targets.
  • Update and maintain customer information within Salesforce.
  • Provide account management teams with detailed call notes to ensure opportunity understanding and next steps are clearly defined.
