Corporate Partnerships Manager

The role of Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a critical part in Beyond Blue's efforts to secure partnerships that enhance our social impact.

  • Pipeline Management
    • Identify potential corporate partners and research their alignment with Beyond Blue's values and objectives.
    • Develop tailored proposals to attract and engage prospective corporate partners.
    • Manage expressions of interest and deliver compelling pitches to secure new corporate partnerships.
    • Negotiate contracts and coordinate with internal teams to onboard new partners.
  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the corporate sector.
    • Provide specialist advice to the Partnerships team in identifying opportunities to grow and leverage existing partners.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration and inspiration by sharing insights and engaging with internal stakeholders.
  • Financial and Contract Management
    • Ensure accurate records of all new corporate partners are inputted into CRM, including contract dates and pledged revenue.
    • Manage and monitor budget for corporate partnerships performance against targets.
    • Implement mitigation strategies where required to effectively address any shortfalls.
  • Leadership
    • Develop and execute the annual group work plan, ensuring adherence to agreed budgets and timelines.
    • Monitor and report on partnership acquisition budgets and identify barriers to financial targets.
    • Ensure a customer-centric approach to all partnership negotiations and delivery of high-quality service.
