Business Development Manager

Drive strategic partnerships to connect customers with health services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement referral processes, tools, and systems to support frontline teams in delivering customer outcomes.
  • Design and execute incentive programs to drive referrals, strengthen partner engagement, and grow referral channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, practice managers, store leaders, and regional managers through regular communication and feedback.
  • Provide actionable insights and performance metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent business experience.
  • Proven experience in relationship management within the healthcare sector.
  • High level of computer literacy and intermediate Microsoft office skills.
  • Strong B2B and/or B2C sales/relationship management experience.
  • Effective presentation skills and ability to drive growth outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
