This allows them to begin building with AI using their existing skills and knowledge.
We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Business Developer. As an individual contributor, this role involves engaging with enterprise customers across various industries within our extensive network. The successful candidate will educate customers on the value of our platform in a thoughtful manner, driving revenue through proactive outreach to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Educate customers on the benefits of our AI platform
- Drive revenue growth through proactive customer engagement
- Provide tailored recommendations based on customer business needs and usage patterns
- Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Dataiku buying cycle
- Develop strategic partnerships with customers to align across different groups and cultivate champions
- Sell innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
- Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement
- 5-7 years' experience in software field sales or relevant sales experience
- Proven track record of selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises
- Strong ability to develop strategic partnerships with customers
- Good articulation of competitive positioning
- Domain expertise in big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration preferred
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills
- Adaptability and a growth mindset
