About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Director to lead our Member and Partner growth initiatives. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase engagement with our Loyalty program, enhance campaign effectiveness, and drive revenue growth.
This role is a critical component of our marketing strategy, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders across the business to leverage opportunities and create a positive customer experience. You will also oversee the efficient operation of the marketing team, including managing suppliers, ensuring process adherence, and building productive working relationships.
About the Ideal CandidateTo succeed in this role, you will have 15 years of experience in marketing, media, digital, or related disciplines in a large corporation. Retail experience is desirable, but not mandatory. You should possess exceptional leadership skills, with a proven track record of building successful marketing plans and implementing creative campaigns using external agencies.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in data-driven marketing, digital experience, and online trends, technologies, and innovations. A solid understanding of web and mobile development technology is essential. You will also need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with all levels of management.
