About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team at Online Marketing Gurus (OMG). This role offers an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level and be part of Australia's largest independent digital marketing agency.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of paid digital strategies for key clients. Your primary focus will be on managing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Search, Google Shopping, YouTube Ads, and Bing Ads.

You will work closely with our CMO and Head of Performance to drive strategic enhancements in our SEM service offering and refine our agency's technical best practices. Additionally, you will handle end-to-end campaign management, ensuring best practice campaign set-up and optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing effective paid digital strategies to meet client objectives
  • Managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
  • Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in PPC, Paid Search ads, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; AdWords certification is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
