About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Director to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth through the execution of marketing objectives and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

The Strategic Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing quarterly marketing strategies and campaigns for Express and Frontline brands. This includes creating and implementing campaign materials across digital, print, and social media channels.

Market Research and Analysis

The ideal candidate will conduct market research to identify opportunities for new and existing products, as well as analyze consumer patterns and preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

The Strategic Marketing Director will manage relationships with external agencies and provide guidance on marketing elements, including product mix, pricing, and distribution channels. Additionally, they will coach and train franchisees on marketing best practices.

Digital Marketing and Social Media

The successful candidate will maintain a regular posting schedule across social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as implement and oversee organic video content strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • At least 2 years' proven experience in marketing management
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategies
What We Offer
