Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Marketing Strategy Director to lead our Retail Marketing team in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies to achieve business objectives across all categories.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of professionals
  • Develop and implement customer strategies and 6Ps that deliver Superior Retail Execution across the market
  • Champion key KPI scorecards driving continuous improvement – sales growth, share growth ahead of category, reduce OOS and more
  • Identify key opportunities and challenges in the market and develop plans to address them
  • Support in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives – working with your team to implement and maintain category initiatives. Driving retailer efficiencies and margin improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 10 years of working experience
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Strong social skills and an expert in dealing with customers

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in consumer product goods preferred
  • Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e., Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred

Estimated Salary: AU$150,000 - AU$180,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
