Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing to lead our digital strategy team. As a Digital Strategy Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that drive business results, working closely with our client teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Create compelling content optimized for various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and more.
  • Analyze digital and social media metrics to optimize performance, track KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with our Data & Analytics, Digital, Creative, and Integrated Communications teams to develop data-driven strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic communications, with a focus on digital, social, and influencer marketing.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and platforms.
