Strategy Director Role at PHD

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Director to join our team at PHD. As a key member of our leadership group, you will lead channel-agnostic strategies for some of the world's most recognized brands.

The Role

You will partner with client teams to drive and inspire strategic thinking, delivering bold and creative media ideas that maximize opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing comprehensive understanding of PHD's global thought leadership
  • Leading macro client workshops on industry-wide topics
  • Demonstrating open and effective communication within the company while managing confidential information
  • Identifying award opportunities and crafting submissions that celebrate outstanding work
  • SUPPORTING THE WIDER TEAMS ON PITCHES AND LEADING INTERNAL TRAINING AND INDUSTRY WORKSHOPS

We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 4-5 years of media planning or strategy experience
  • Proven passion for media innovation and technology
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
  • Proven experience leading successful and/or award-winning planning teams
  • Evidence of contribution or leadership on award-winning work
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
