We are currently seeking dedicated Client Support Specialists to join our expanding team in a dynamic call center environment.

This position offers a secure, ongoing role with multiple permanent opportunities available, allowing for flexibility to work from home after initial training or continue in the call center.

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in assisting families and caregivers by handling inbound inquiries. Your duties will encompass providing information, exploring available options, and advising on services that promote independent living at home, along with both short-term and long-term care solutions.

Key Information:

  • Multiple permanent full-time and part-time roles available.
  • Full-time schedule of 38 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 am - 8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am - 4 pm on a rotational basis.
  • Part-time roles guarantee 30 hours per week, with the same shift requirements - full-time availability is necessary for the first 6 weeks.
  • Rotating schedules are typically released two weeks in advance.
  • Paid training and ongoing support during your transition.
  • Completion of a National Police Clearance is required.
  • Must possess full work rights in Australia for a minimum of 12 months.
  • This is an Australian-based role.
