About the Role:

Mercer is seeking a Client Relations Liaison to join our Fund Operations team in the Wollongong office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a credible and professional point of contact to clients by providing timely and professional responses to queries, escalated matters, and requests for information.
  • Work with the Account Manager to build effective relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed formal reports in a timely manner and informal reports as required in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and the client.
