About the Role:

Mercer is seeking a skilled Client Relations Officer to join our Fund Operations team in Wollongong. As a key point of contact for clients, you will provide timely and professional responses to queries, escalated matters, and requests for information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build effective relationships with client stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Prepare detailed formal reports and informal reports as required, in line with stakeholder expectations.
  • Resolve issues and respond to requests from internal stakeholders and the client.
  • Act as a conduit and facilitation point for internal Mercer escalations that require client consideration or decisions.

Requirements:

  • Good analytical skills.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and self-directed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
