Position Overview
InfraBuild is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to enhance our collaborative team environment. This role will involve close interaction with both sales and operational departments to ensure a superior customer experience.
This role is designed for individuals aiming to expand their customer service and sales expertise.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Resolving customer inquiries related to sales.
- Promoting additional products and preparing quotes for clients.
- Managing sales data entry, invoicing, administrative tasks, purchasing, and inventory oversight.
