About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Engagement Consultant to join our team at Big Fat Smile Group LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience from initial enquiry to the end of their enrolment.
  • Maintain accurate family accounts and records within our Client Engagement system, supporting families with enrolment and account enquiries.
  • Administer and process direct debits and other payment methods, ensuring timely and efficient payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate child attendance records for submission to relevant Government Departments.
  • Support Centre Directors and staff with family enquiries, providing training and technical support as needed.
  • Adhere to all standardised administrative systems and procedures to support service delivery.
  • Work in partnership with key stakeholders to continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Participate in achieving the objectives of the Portfolio Business Plan and Organisational Strategic Plan.
