We're seeking a skilled Retail Partnerships Specialist to join our team in delivering data-led marketing solutions for FMCG and liquor brands. As part of our Sales team, you'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective campaigns that drive real customer impact.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships between vertical and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Briefing campaigns across bookings and production teams to meet client objectives
- Providing compliance reporting and escalating any issues or concerns to Partnership Managers
- Supporting the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, and media schedule creation
- Maintaining inventory of sales support materials and ensuring all resources are current and accurate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales support or customer support/service roles, preferably in the media or tech industry
- Proficiency in Google Suite, with high-level confidence in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Ability to anticipate both client and sales team needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritize various projects simultaneously while focusing on delivering results
