We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team as a Partnership Specialist. As a Partnership Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving profitable partnerships with our key accounts.
About the Role- This is a 9-month maternity leave contract opportunity to make a significant impact on our business.
- You will be responsible for forging strategic connections within the adidas team and with our key partner, Rebel.
- Your primary focus will be on sales performance, margin targets, and effective order book management.
- Sales Performance: Set ambitious sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Margins and Planning: Ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting to maintain healthy profit margins.
- Customer Focus: Develop deep relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
- GTM Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance brand presence.
- Forecasting and Planning: Create and manage detailed sales forecasts, aligning with business objectives.
- A degree in business or a related field, with a focus on marketing or sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably as a Key Account Manager.
- Experience in wholesale, account management, merchandising, or sporting goods industries.
- A competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
