Role Overview

The Guest Experience Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers at Chadstone - The Fashion Capital. Reporting to the Guest Experience Supervisor, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing information and assistance to enhance their visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communicate centre services and facilities to guests, making recommendations and providing information to facilitate their visit.
  • Facilitate gift card sales, provide general tourist information, and arrange shuttle bus bookings as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the guest experience team to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all guests.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect and customer focus.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated customer service skills with previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach, with the ability to handle a variety of guest enquiries, including cash transactions and customer feedback.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritise activities, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Passion for providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to bring the Vicinity brand to life.
