Key Responsibilities:
  • Be our brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a loyal clientele
  • Sell our products on the shop floor and contribute to achieving sales and KPI targets
  • Maintain immaculate store presentation adhering to our visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure thorough product knowledge of apparel, footwear, and accessories
  • Assist in managing stock and maintaining a well-organized stockroom
  • Support the Store Manager with administrative tasks and store maintenance
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a boutique setting
  • Upbeat, energetic, and motivating attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
