About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your visible passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our guests' stays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and process check-in efficiently, ensuring seamless arrivals and departures.
  • Proactively manage guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, and promotions to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
  • Maximize revenue through sales and marketing programs, leveraging your communication skills to engage with guests.
  • Perform general incoming communication duties, including answering phone calls and responding to messages.
Requirements
  • A friendly, bubbly, and positive demeanor is essential for providing exceptional customer service.
  • You should be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure, maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills are required to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Exude a passion for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction, adapting to new situations and challenges.
  • Able to learn new computer systems quickly, familiarizing yourself with hotel technology.
