We are seeking a skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR to join our team at Michael Page.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading global FMCG retail organisation with a strong presence in the Melbourne CBD. With a high market share and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences, this permanent, full-time role offers the chance to be part of a dynamic and expanding team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Daily data entry of customer sales orders
  • Responding to inbound calls and emails regarding stock and availability
  • Collaborating closely with internal territory managers to process customer requests
  • Coordinating freight and shipping for client orders, including providing ETAs
  • Fostering strong customer relationships through effective communication and customer service skills
  • Assisting with general ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team
